Include the following information for an export request.
Company that manufacturers product.
Product name and SKU.
Quantity.
Internet link to product if available.
Full name and complete address product will be shipped to.
Any other relevant notes or questions. (ITAR/EAR regulations, previous export issues, etc.)
If no further information is needed, you will receive a follow up email with an invoice, relevant paperwork, as well as estimated lead times.
Due to changing shipping laws and constantly changing prices/tariffs, quotes for exports will only be valid for 3 business days before needing re-evaluation.
Estimated lead times are non-binding. While we work closely to try and give accurate lead times, there are many circumstances that can change ship times. If there are any major delays or change to lead times you will be notified.
